We put alpaca and llama packages together based on the specific needs and requirements of our clients. We strive to make a “perfect fit” of animals for everyone involved. All of our animals are also “our children”; thus we want to find the best new homes as well so that all parties involved (people and animals) will be happy and healthy! Gallant is a magnificent, medium brown suri herdsire with a part Accoyo background through his grandsire - Pperuvian Uribe. He is half Peruvian and half Bolivian - exhibiting the best of what both worlds represent phenotypically. Gallant has a charcoal grey face with black pigmented skin and true black tips to his ears and feet. One of his grandsires is Magnifico - a very well known, dark rose grey suri herdsire in the industry (famous for siring other grey suri champions and blue ribbon winners).

Gallant has a strong presence in the field which commands admiration and respect. He is absolutely gorgeous - with blinding luster and beautifully colored, dark copper suri locks. He shines like a brand new, brilliant copper penny! Gallant has perfect conformation and solid bone with excellent fleece coverage. So far, Gallant has settled two females; we are excitedly waiting to see his first cria due next Fall (2009).

Gallant is a super easy keeper - always being very robust and the pillar of health. His IgG was over 2400 as a cria, having excellent weight gains and never an episode of diarrhea. Because of his strong and healthy build, he is the type of alpaca that doesn't need much grain augmented to his diet. Good pasture and quality hay are generally enough for this super easy stud.

Gallant is the type of suri male that I always wanted to keep for my own suri breeding program, but you just can't keep everyone. He will make an outstanding addition to any serious suri breeding program, especially if you are breeding for lusterous color. This is a great price to add the genetics of MMF Dreamweaver (true black), 4Peruvian Magnifico (dark rose grey), Pperuvian Uribe (medium fawn), Rico Ginger (medium fawn), 4Peruvian Cinnamon (medium brown), and Camellia (light brown) to your suri breeding program.
