Please contact us directly at 301-888-2742 or email us for our most recent animal sales list. This list can change on a weekly to monthly basis, so it is difficult to update our website as quickly with the most up-to-date information. We put alpaca and llama packages together based on the specific needs and requirements of our clients. We strive to make a “perfect fit” of animals for everyone involved. All of our animals are also “our children”; thus we want to find the best new homes as well so that all parties involved (people and animals) will be happy and healthy! Currently we have many black suris and black and grey huacayas for sale (males & females). If there is something specific you are interested in, please contact us. So far, we have sold over 100 (one-hundred!) high quality and healthy alpacas and llamas to very satisfied clients all over the United States. We will be sure to get you exactly what you want, along with the most competitive prices in the industry.

The best words I can come up with to describe Georgianna are "precious sweetie-pie". She is also truly an "easy-keeper" - getting pregnant on her first breeding to Snowmass' Crusader with her first cria - George, and now I have bred her back to Macusani's Peruvian Titanium - where she has also "taken" on her first breeding as well. (She is now due in late September 2008 with her second cria.) Her laid back and easy to handle personality allowed me to shear her "standing-up" with only one person helping me, and this person was my mother (barely holding her and while she was pregnant at this time too)! There aren't too many alpacas in this category!

Georgianna is one of my best mothers on the farm. She is extremely attentive and very loving - constantly "clucking" and kissing her cria - George (with an IgG over 2000)!

I truly love Georgianna's striking, vicuna markings, and gorgeous head. She really stands out in the field! Her sire is Ameripaca's Poseidon - a full Bolivian, bay black herdsire with a magnificent head who won a 2nd Place Fleece Award for Black Huacayas (6-12 months) at the 2002 AOBA National Show. Poseidon was also featured on the cover of the Autumn Issue of Alpacas Magazine (a photograph which I shot by the way!). Poseidon has always been one of by favorite black herdsires at Ameripaca. The heads that he throws are the some of the best in the industry in my humble opinion (if there really is such a thing as a humble opinion).

Georgianna's dam, Gingersnap, is an integral part of Ameripaca's foundation huacaya herd (she is an unusual peachy color) with lots of density which her daughter shares. Titanium - Georgianna's current service sire - is one of my premier huacaya herdsires - full Peruvian and a gorgeous medium and dark silver grey. Please review his outstanding credentials on my website: www.MarylandAlpacaFarm.com. His crias have done extremely well in the show ring - producing solid grey & also black champions.

Price: $15000.00
